TCSO Working Homicide Case in Elgin
At approximately 10:30 am on November 6, 2021, deputies responded to the 23200 block of Alicia Drive. A 911 caller reported that someone on the property had been shot.
When deputies arrived, they found THOMAS WALKER, 44 of Elgin, TX deceased, outside a trailer home on the property.
A man identified himself to the deputies as the shooter and willingly surrendered himself to them. Walker and the suspect are known to each other but are not blood relatives. The suspect has been interviewed by detectives. No arrest has been made. The investigation is active and ongoing.
