Internal Employee Wellness

All employees should be provided resources to be well and to thrive; programming should be evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of law enforcement personnel.

Workplace culture affects wellness, and we believe employees will reach their greatest potential when they are healthy. Our approach to wellness is holistic.  We believe that wellness is a journey, not a destination.

Quote of the Week: “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” Albus Dumbledore

Healthy Lifestyle Support

We take a proactive approach to wellness instead of being reactive. We believe that maintaining good fitness, eating a healthy and balanced diet, making time for socializing with friends, having purpose in your life, and working in a healthy environment all contribute to a healthy lifestyle. We can help support you to be your best health in these areas. Reach out to Dr. Kwolek at This email address is being protected from spambots.
