TCSO Investigating Shooting on FM 812
At 8:51 pm on June 30, 2024, deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the 8700 block of FM 812. The shooting is an isolated incident that occurred in the parking lot of an outdoor market. The incident began as an altercation between several people who are known to each other.
A total of three people were shot. One sustained life-threatening injuries and two sustained non-life-threatening injuries. All were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
Several people were detained on scene. Detectives worked throughout the night and their investigative efforts are ongoing.
