Employee Wellness

We value wellness and offer our employees access to resources easily available so you may proactively take care of your health needs. TCSO offers several no-cost options along with access to providers through county insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Workplace culture affects wellness, and we believe employees will reach their greatest potential when they are healthy. Our approach to wellness is holistic. We believe that wellness is a journey, not a destination.
