Employee Wellness

We offer our employees access to a free wellness program that includes resources on how to be well and to thrive. Our programming is evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of law enforcement personnel.

Workplace culture affects wellness, and we believe employees will reach their greatest potential when they are healthy. Our approach to wellness is holistic. We believe that wellness is a journey, not a destination.

Quote of the Week: “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” Albus Dumbledore

Psychological Health Services

TCSO values the emotional wellbeing of its employees. We believe that each of us is resilient, and that it takes courage to reach out for help.

We have a staff psychologist available to help you address issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, grief, and sleep disturbances. Strength comes from telling your story and learning more effective ways of dealing with challenges.

Our Psychological Health Services offer trauma-informed care with a growth mindset. We also can refer you to community providers if you prefer.

Peer To Peer Program

Our Peer to Peer Program offers one on one meetings as well as services to address critical incidents. Talking to a coworker about issues at home or work can be incredibly helpful. Our employee volunteers have a referral network and can make sure you get the assistance you need.

Chaplain Program

We believe in the importance of all domains of health, including a spiritual component. Our TCSO chaplains are ready to assist you regardless of your faith.

Healthy Lifestyle Support

We take a proactive approach to wellness instead of being reactive. We believe that maintaining good fitness, eating a healthy and balanced diet, making time for socializing with friends, having purpose in your life, and working in a healthy environment all contribute to a healthy lifestyle. We can help support you to be your best health in these areas.
