UPDATE: TCSO Investigating Shooting on FM 812
On July 1, 2024, TCSO arrested Felipe Saucedo-Rodriguez and charged him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (2nd degree felony). He is currently in custody at the Travis County Jail.
A warrant has been issued for a second shooter. Luis Felipe Saucedo-Rojas, 30 of Austin has not been arrested yet. Anyone with information about Luis Felipe Saucedo-Rojas and his whereabouts or this incident is asked to contact the TCSO Tip Line at 512-854-1444 or Crime Stoppers at 512-472-8477.

At 8:51 pm on June 30, 2024, deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the 8700 block of FM 812.
The shooting is an isolated incident that occurred in the parking lot of an outdoor market. The incident
began as an altercation between several people who are known to each other.
A total of three people were shot. One sustained life-threatening injuries and two sustained non-life-
threatening injuries. All were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
Several people were detained on scene. Detectives worked throughout the night and their investigative
efforts are ongoing.
