TCSO Investigating Suspicious Death
At approximately 10:30 am on July 10, 2024, TCSO received a call from a Williamson County Justice of the Peace regarding a suspicious death. A woman in her 40’s died at a Round Rock hospital and in addition to her medical conditions, she had fractured bones. The judge requested TCSO investigate the death as the decedent’s residence is within the agency’s jurisdiction.
TCSO immediately opened a case, and the investigation is ongoing. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office. An autopsy is scheduled to occur today, July 11, 2024.
